The house has been lovingly renovated by the owner since 2020.
For this purpose, a construction site was set up in front of the house and scaffolding was set up in the courtyard.
Completion is planned for the end of the first quarter of 2022,
so that the house will then be fit for the next 100 years.

STORY
The Hotel Seifert is located
in a beautiful Art Nouveau building
and was built at the end of the 19th century
in 1877.
Many details of the entrance are still evident
and the staircase from that time.
We are your city hotel in Berlin just a stones throw from the famous boulevard -
the Kurfürstendamm.
We run the Hotel Seifert as a family
for almost 25 years together with our loyal employees.

My family and I just loved it!
